Design and Development

     Diamond has got inhouse facility to design products-Shock Absorber &      Springs. We are equiped with In-house testing lab which has endurance      testing simulator for Shock Absorber and Coil Springs. With over 2 decades      of successfuly serving automotive industry, we have a adequate capability to      design & develop products as per customer specifications/industry standards.

     The Company has installed the CAD System for new product development.

     The products supplied ate ensured as per the specification of the customer      using SPC techniques at every stage of the production. Emphasis is laid on      Material Testing, Physical Testing, Chemical Testing and Metallurgical Testing      using sophisticated state of the art equipments.

     Calibration of Gauges and Testing Equipments are done at prescribed      intervals.
